Delivery Policy

Edge Technology Power Ltd aim to provide an effective, competent and precise delivery service of all goods ordered by our customers.

Our selected shippers will always endeavour to deliver the goods to you in perfect condition. Any items missing or damaged must be notified to the driver at the time of delivery.

Deliveries must be signed for by the customer upon delivery.

The Products will be your responsibility from the time of delivery.


 Delivery Details and Charges

Order before 2pm and we will deliver your order the next working day (Monday – Friday). Please note delivery times may take longer to anywhere other than mainland UK.

There will be no pre-advising of delivery unless your items are currently unavailable in which case we will phone you to arrange an alternative delivery date or your option to cancel the order.

Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered the working day following e.g. orders placed after 2pm on Tuesday will be delivered to you on the Thursday etc…

Weekend orders will be delivered on the Tuesday following (unless placed upon Bank Holidays).

There will be an additional shipping cost added to an order if an item needs to be shipped anywhere other than mainland UK ( Not Highlands and Isles). The customer will be contacted by Edge Technology Power Ltd if an additional postage charge must be added.



 For any reason you claim that the Product is defective please notify Edge Technology Power Ltd immediately, providing us with your invoice number and the product details. Email or phone our customer service team on 01270 509296.

We will then arrange for collection of the item by our freight partners.

You must return the item in its original condition, including packaging and obtain proof of return from the driver.

We will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail or phone call within a reasonable period of time.

We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail or phone call that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product.

Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the cost incurred by you returning the item to us.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
